FLAIR nominated twice for the VP Award

The fireworks of the ‘art couture anniversary collection’ are so brilliant that they shine all the way to Cairo, Egypt. We are very proud to announce that two of our wonderful models have been nominated for the Vision Plus Award in two categories. Model 148 col. 984 was nominated for the category ‘Best New Spectacle Frame (NICHE)’ of the Vision Plus Awards. This version is a revival of the first art couture frame Flair 153 dating back ten years ago – the most successful model of all time. The art couture gold frame Flair 132 col. 105 was also nominated in the category ‘Best new spectacle frame (Luxury)’. FLAIR celebrates the anniversary of the legendary art couture collection – sparkling and shining for ten years

Here’s to glitter, glamour, and that something special. The FLAIR art couture collection has been adorning fans of the brand in Germany and abroad for ten years. On the occasion of this anniversary, FLAIR is presenting six new breathtaking art couture models in four colours. Their simply special and absolutely trend-conscious art couture look speaks for itself, with features such as Swarovski cubic zirconia stones in different shapes and colours, surfaces coated with gold dust particles and temple elements decorated with real gold accents – true to the philosophy of The Lightness – Made in Germany. The colour and design diversity of the new models, inspired by the latest trends in the jewellery industry, offers something to suit every taste. If that’s not enough, there are even more surprises to come from the art couture collection throughout 2020.

FLAIR GOES FASHION WEEK – rimless means endlessly exciting

Social media followers of the FLAIR (@flairbrillen) brand on Facebook and Instagram have already seen how rimless frames can offer endless design possibilities. But this is a target group of predominantly young, fashion-minded people who have been somewhat forgotten in connection with rimless glasses. Anyone who thinks that rimless can only be combined with a classic look is quite mistaken. In January 2020, numerous influencers, bloggers, presenters and actors showed their devotion to FLAIR again at the Beauty & Fashion Lounge, where FLAIR presented itself for the second time directly to young consumers. FLAIR asked the visitors for a cool photo with FLAIRwear on the red carpet. Some well-known faces at the last Beauty & Fashion Lounge in summer 2019 came by just because they heard that FLAIR was back, which was a very positive sign. Don’t just wear eyewear – wear FLAIRwear.

FLAIR EYEWEAR IMPRESSES VIPS IN THE BEAUTY & FASHION LOUNGE AT BERLIN FASHION WEEK

Berlin, 1 - 3 July 2019 – The Beauty & Fashion Lounge opened its doors during Berlin Fashion Week, offering an exclusive range of styling, beauty and lifestyle products to its guests, which included VIPs, bloggers and editors.

Major brands were featured alongside startups in a 500-m² space in Berlin’s historic Nordbahnhof and the adjacent pavilion, presenting the latest fashion and beauty trends.

 

 

 

 

 

German eyewear manufacturer FLAIR was also there. FLAIR’s special collection, developed specifically for the event, demonstrated everything that can be done with rimless glasses and how expressive they can be with details such as coloured lenses. The magnificent designs and their unique wearing comfort were met with great enthusiasm.

“It was a sheer delight to develop the special collection for the Beauty & Fashion Lounge. We worked with very expressive lens shapes, such as cat eye, large and round shapes, and even eight-sided lenses, combining them with colourful (gradient) lenses and ultra-lightweight, flexible temples for exceptionally high wearing comfort. These glasses are very distinctive but can barely be felt when worn. They’re simply FLAIR.”

 

Celebrities, influencers and their peers were highly impressed by the lightness, quality and, above all, the look of the German eyewear for FLAIR and the FLAIRwear collection.

PURE COLOUR by FLAIR combines a sleek, urban temple design in an exquisite shade of rose with an exceptionally modern and appealing lens shape. But that’s not all. This model has rose-tinted gradient lenses that are bevelled all the way around for an absolutely stunning look.
